Catie has almost a decade of real estate experience specializing in commercial sales and leasing in New Hampshire and Maine. She joined The Kane Company in 2015 as part of their senior brokerage team and was promoted to the Director of Broker Relations in 2021. She leads the leasing and marketing efforts for the company offering a concierge service to the brokerage community while driving acquisition opportunities to grow the portfolio.

Since 2017, she has been an active member of the local Planning Board. She is a native of Portsmouth and has a history of community volunteer experience working on the board for NHCIBOR, Seacoast SCORE, Catapult Young Professionals, and Taste of the Nation. She is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Designation (CCIM), working on her ARGUS certification, and a member of the Boston Chapters for NAIOP and CREW.

Her academic studies include a BS degree in Business and Marketing from Stonehill College, with some international studies and work experience in London, England and Beijing, China.

She also enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and skiing in the mountains of Vermont and Maine.
